Paying your Clark bill has never been easier.
Never again will you have to hassle over mailing in your Clark bill. No checks to write, no stamps to buy, no losing the bill, and no delinquent fees. When you sign up for Clark’s Convenient Billing Program, your payment will automatically be deducted from your checking account or charged to your credit card. It couldn’t be easier or more convenient to use. If you ever decide to stop using Clark’s Convenient Billing Program, simply notify us.

Choose the payment plan that you prefer.
With Clark’s Convenient Billing Program, you can choose from one of two payment plans in the “Bill Me” section: check the “At frequency of service” box or, if you would prefer to pay monthly, check the “Easy monthly payments” box. Next, choose the day of the month to have your Clark service charge deducted from your checking account. Your first payment will be made on the date you selected, and any outstanding balance you may have will be included in that payment.

I hereby agree that I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions on this notice and authorize Clark Pest Control to initiate debit entries and authorize the financial institution listed to debit my above listed account. This authorization shall remain in full force and effect until Clark or the financial institution has received a notice in writing from me, of the authorization termination within such time as to afford Clark or the financial institution opportunity to act on it in an appropriate manner.

CONVENIENT BILLING PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By agreeing to pre-authorized Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/credit card processing, you agree with Clark Pest Control as follows:

Clark will provide you with your regular service invoice. If you choose the monthly payment plan, your checking account will be debited or your credit card will be charged easy monthly installments of your service fees. Your first Convenient Billing Program payment will include any outstanding balance.

If any changes occur to the information you provided on your application, you must notify Clark, in writing, immediately. If you fail to notify Clark of such changes in writing, or do so in an untimely fashion, Clark shall hold no responsibility or liability for any losses incurred. Clark’s sole liability and responsibility to you shall be an obligation to make timely changes, as requested in writing.

Clark reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Either party may terminate this agreement by giving written notice to the other party. Termination shall not prevent Electronic Funds Transfers or credit card transactions authorized before notice of termination was received.
